‘Sellers’ will promote deals on durian, cleaning services and more on social media.

They will ask you to download an .APK File or app when you chat with them.

They will say it is for bookings or payments.

The .APK File is a Malware that will control your phone, steal your information and money.

Download apps from official app stores.

Never give permission to unknown apps to control your phone.

Enter the bank's URL manually to avoid clicking on suspicious links to avoid phishing websites.

Avoid sharing your username and password with anyone.

Check your security image and phrase before you login.

Monitor your banking transactions for early detection.

Check the transaction details before approving with your banking authentication.

Update your browser and operating system (OS) to the latest versions for enhanced security.
